Payments
Payments should be made in advance of work starting. If you need a rush order, a 20% rush fee will apply.
Payments can be made via cash, Cash App, or PayPal. Orders for methods other than PayPal will need to contact us to process their order. No work will begin before payment has been received.
Refunds
No refunds on personalized items once work has begun. On non-personalized items, full refunds will be made before work has begun. After work has begun, a partial refund will be available. Printed products are hand-made with love and because of this will not be perfect like something that is mass manufactured. Items may be stamped, cut, hand painted, etc. By ordering from our site, you understand that not every item will be identical and that quirkiness comes with homemade items.
